If Thursday night's dinner at Priefert's Ranch is any indication, Erwin Cain (R)is well on his way to becoming a winner in HD3 as well.

In front of a crowd of nearly 200 Mount Pleasant, Texas voters, Erwin Cain laid out his conservative agenda and respectfully asked for their support in 2010.
Liberty is not a rock that is easily broken, but it can be cast aside.Cain asked the crowd, "what would you be willing to do if" the government over-step their role in your life? After laying out the reasons HD3 needs new conservative leadership in Austin, Cain said, "I am willing to put my life, business and family on hold for a year to say 'not anymore' to the liberal agenda being pressed into our homes."
Erwin Cain steps into the House District 3 race to against Democratic Incumbent, Mark Homer, who has represented the district for the past 10 years.
